Command line is the name for programs that allowes a user to interact with the computer over a “command line”. Terminal is the name of the native command line program on MacOS and Powershell is the name of the command line program on windows. So, Powershell and Terminal are both command line programs. It’ like this: Notepad++ and Gedit and Sublime and VSCode are all text editors. Powershell and Terminal are command line tools. There are others thought.
