Exercise 10: Copy a File (cp)

How do I copy to and from desktop. I don’t see proper instructions.

for example cd temp…would desktop be cd desktop?

The path to the desktop on a Mac is:

/Users/YourUsername/Desktop

On Linux it looks similar.

On Windows it’s not really different:

C:\Users\YourUsername\Desktop
