TDD is implicitly a part of what you already to, I’d love for you to make it explicit.
edit: I think it might go along very well with the ‘Design the hard way’ spin-off, somehow.

I actually completely disagree with what TDD proponents both teach and what they claim it does. I have a longer thread about the subject, but basically, I’ve never seen anyone actually do true Test First testing, and restricting people to only writing tests first completely ignores how the creative process works and how people actually solve problems.
